“I’ll go tomorrow”

If your anything like me .. this is something you say to yourself often, referring to going to the gym. It’s like, I KNOW the benefits of working out, I KNOW I will feel better after vs. regretting not going … but still can’t seem to find the time of day. 

but somehow there’s time to scroll through instagram for hours.. I dont get it.

anyone else like this?

any tips for motivation? .. other than looking in the mirror trash talking yourself
