Working out doesn’t have to be something that is time consuming. Whether you work out everyday or are just getting started, there are easy, quick workouts you can do at home or in the gym.
One thing I like to do is circuit training, which is a fast-paced workout where you do one exercise for 30 seconds to 5 minutes depending on the intensity or level you’re working out at, then you move on the the next exercise. This helps to target strength building and endurance. The circuit is done once all the prescribed exercises are completed in the program.
It’s almost like a workout power hour. What I like to do is pick my favorite play list and do each exercise for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, rest in between, and repeat for about 5 sets.
Here’s a quick total body one you guys can try out!
- Push ups (15)
- Squats (20)
- Reverse crunches (15)
- Lunges (15)
- Plank (20 sec.)
I do as many as I can within the 30 seconds but try to at least hit the goals. Try it out. Hope you guys enjoy!
